So a friend I haven't heard from in a while got in touch with me a few days ago. It was nice to hear how they were doing, and to catch up for a bit. After not seeing hardly anyone all Spring and Summer, it just seems to be that time of year for people to start being social! About a month ago another friend stopped by to see how the house was coming along. It was great to catch up with her! I really appreciated that she decided to stop by, since hardly anyone one does, it ment alot. :) One of AJ's cousins stopped by last week as well for a visit, AND AJ's uncle and Aunt from Kansas were down visiting (AJ's) Grandpa, and they came over to see our "new" house! All this company and catching up with friends really has put me in the "festive" holiday spirit. I can't wait for Halloween to come, and go, and for Thanksgiving and Christmas to get here! I'm a pretty social person around the holidays, and LOVE hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas parties. I look forward to the Christmas Munchie Party just as much as Thanksgiving! My spread is just as impressive as Turkey Day. ;)
